This is a nice picture. I like how the seagulls are flying towards the picture and the fact that they're just there. I also like the whispy clouds, they help make the picture interesting. This picture is unique because the focus is mainly to the left of the picture and there's a large tower in the middle. But what I don't like is how dull the picture looks. Lightening the picture up would help it a lot. Also, making the colors brighter would really capture your eye more. Because the buildings are so important in this picture, boosting the color would liven it up and make it even more interesting and nice to look at.
