Texture

This is a photo of a pumpkin. I noticed that this one in particular had pores that reminded me of an orange. It shows texture because the shadows allow you to see the pores.

This picture is of a gourd. As you can see, it has tons of texture because of the bumps all over it. I found this to be an awesome example of texture.

This picture is of corn. I loved the different colors it had and the way you can see it's texture because of them. It fits this category because you can plainly see each kernel.

This is an overhead view of a pumpkin. I took this photo because the deep creases caught my eye. It shows a kind of smooth texture unlike the other photos.

This is part of a corn stalk lying on a pumpkin. I chose to take this picture because corn stalks have ridges that you wouldn't normally see at a farther distance. This represents texture because you can see the ridges.

This is a picture of a plant. I came across this plant and noticed that it would work for texture because of the different layers it has. The layers and colors give it an unusual texture.

This picture is of a piece of burlap. I happened to see it when the sun was hitting it just right. I liked how it brought out the shadows in the weave. This one definitely shows texture.

This is a photo of a different kind of gourd. I liked this one because of the different color and the different size of bumps. This time it was partly in the sun, which I feel gives it a texture.
